Hi Tribe,
    Now that NYC will mandate in a month that people must be vaccinated in order to be indoors in restaurants gyms and public gathering Place spaces, where does that leave the legal ramifications for private businesses? Can private businesses mandate that their employees be vaccinated without exposing themselves legally?
    In light of the Supreme Court decision in Texas in favor of a hospital to mandates vaccines for their employees,  the fact that CNN fired four employees for violating their policy on not being vaccinated and United Airlines recent decision requiring their employees to be vaccinated by October etc. Can a business legally mandate their employees be vaccinated without facing some kind of legal exposure???
