*Description & Details*

Looking for a paralegal/legal assistant with previous experience (2 years
minimum) in transactional immigration law, i.e.

investment, business, employment and family-based cases (not immigration
court). The candidate must have

strong writing and communication skills, able to write drafts based on
templates as well as correspond

effectively with clients. Familiarity with INSZOOM is a plus, and fluency
in other languages, especially

Spanish, is a plus. Mastery of Microsoft Word, Power Point, Excel a must.

Experience with E-2, L-1 and O-1 visas.

Job is three days a week (25 hours) as 1099 with increased pay and hours,
eventually becoming full-time with increased salary

at six months of hire. Looking for someone who loves this kind of work and
wants to be part of a small team

for a long time, helping foreign entrepreneurs, US and foreign businesses
and individuals realize their

unique version of the American dream.
