[Fredslist] Cryptocurrency lawyer/expert needed

I have a client who has been using YoBit Exchange since 2017 to purchase crypto currencies.  Last month my client tried to sell some cryptos in Yobit.  A small sale was completed without issue, as well as a transfer of DOGE coins to Coinbase Exchange.  Further sales the client is trying to make are now being blocked with a message:  "Wallet status: Maintenance".

The client is unable to get any type of answer or resolution from YoBit.  Can anyone recommend an individual or attorney who can help my client get his cryptocurrencies out of the YoBit exchange?
