[Fredslist] Look who was at Gotham Westchester this morning!

Gotham Westchester held a feisty meeting this morning, featuring a spotlight
presentation from trusts and estates attorney Andrew Kirwin on some common
(and uncommon) issues in estate planning.  Did you know that if New York
resident who is married with children dies without a will the children get
about half of the estate - no matter what age they are?

 

In addition to our members we had Circuit Riders Ray Walcott of Capital One,
Corey Bearak and Shelley Simpson (who are competing to see who can attend
the most meetings), Nancy Schess and Fred Klein.  Fred told us that Gotham
Westchester was his favorite group.  That has to be true since he is a
lawyer.
