Covid is intertwined with everything right now.  It is becoming clear that a full recovery is likely to take far longer than we thought. NY Health psychotherapist Janet Sullivan will speak briefly about the brain and nervous system in terms of hope and despair and open up the conversation by drawing on Elisabeth Kubler Ross' stages of grief because we are all mourning the death of reality as we have known it. Members are encouraged to share stories - theirs and others - and to ask questions.
 

Wed. Sept. 16th, 12:30 - 2 PM. There is NO COST for this meeting. Bring your own lunch! Friends welcome.
