[Fredslist] Small run print T-shirts

Hi
I promised my daughter I would check this out.....
She is a songwriter and artist who is about to drop a studio album under the artist name Stevi M entitled "Boss of My Life".  She is making T-Shirts to go with it because of the limited budget and doesn't have the demand for a large run.  She has been buying the T-Shirts in Target actually and hand making them. I said I would check if there is a better way to do this.  See the attached picture.  Does anyone have any suggestion.
