I enlisted Scott to help a friend who owns the classic little black dress boutique on the Upper West Side – namely Liana on the West Side of Columbus Avenue between 76th and 75th Streets. The store has dressed the New York professional woman for almost 40 years while providing amazing service.

 

Liana was having a lot of difficulty working out something with her landlord that would reflect the damage the pandemic has done to her business.  Well… thanks to Scott’s efforts – she is able to stay for at least a few more months while hopefully business picks up and she can negotiate something longer term with her landlord.

 

Until then she is still open for business. So…. go shopping!
