[Fredslist] Happy Hour - good for your health...

Gotham Happy Hour is now part of my exercise routine. You read that right! Thanks to Norman Spizz (SPN Productions) our events doctor, we got a giant dose of fun. Laughter has amazing health benefits (See below) and we had plenty of it last Friday. Thank you Norman for booking another wonderful act. 

Dennis Blair, direct from Las Vegas, joined us. He told jokes (funny ones) and performed vocals (more funny ones.)

Before making it to the big time Gotham Happy Hour, Blair performed with Rodney Dangerfield, Joan Rivers and George Carlin. He also notably performed at Mitch Tobol’s ( CGT Marketing) father’s 50th birthday.

As for the exercise aspect, laughter is known to burn calories, raise good cholesterol, release infection fighting antibodies, and more – just like any other cardio exercise. Only in Gotham can Happy Hour be like going to the gym.

Don’t miss out next Friday at 5pm for our next Happy Hour. And in the meantime, don’t forget we have Karaoke on the calendar for November 18th. There are still spots for competitors and plenty of room for audience.
