[Fredslist] Con Ed

Hello Gotham:

Con Ed has been digging in the street right outside my building for six
months minus a few weeks during the worst of the pandemic.  They say they
will be there for 3 months more. Meanwhile, at night the plates rattle as
thousands of cars go over the dig.   I have called the company many times
and they promise to weld the plates every night but never do so.  Help.
