[Fredslist] Immigration advice appreciated

I hope all are well,

My son’s girlfriend is British and escaped London on the last possible day so the two of them would be able to “stay at home” together. She had been working at home in London and is now working virtually from NY. Her firm has an office in NYC, and she has been hoping to be transferred here, but all that is currently “on hold” with no visas being issued it seems for anything.

Her 90-day Visa will expire in 3-4 weeks; and she understands if she overstays it she would be barred from returning to the US for 10 years. She will return to London in early June to avoid that, and is looking for information on:

1. When she is able to visit the US again given the current travel restrictions and recent long stay, and

2. How to best go about applying for a work visa given the current processing holds (her company is planning to sponsor her)

Any thoughts, advice or suggestion as to what they might do under the current situation to stay together would be appreciated.

All best, be well and be safe.
