[Fredslist] 2020 IRA RMD waiver?

Hi Gotham,
Seeking clarification.
Someone just told me that 2020 IRA RMDs are waived for 2020 as part of the Cares Act.  Does anyone have more details about this? Or can anyone confirm or deny this is correct?
