Queens Farm Looks To Draw Remote Visitors With 'Barncam' Series
New Yorkers can now take a trip to the Queens County Farm Museum from the comfort of their own homes, thanks to #barncam.

FLORAL PARK, QUEENS — New Yorkers can now take a trip to the Queens County Farm Museum from the comfort of their own homes, thanks to its new "#barncam" social media campaign showcasing how springtime is unfolding in the fields.

As of Monday, Queens Farm fans can "turnip and tune in" every day at 4 p.m. to #barncam episodes like "Planting Guide for your Spring Garden," cooking tutorials and features on the farm's animals.

New content will be posted daily on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram until the farm reopens to the public.

The Queens County Farm Museum <http://www.queensfarm.org/> is closed until at least April 1 due to the COVID-19 pandemic, according to its website.
