[Fredslist] Apartment Renovations during Phase 1, etc.

	Hello, Gotham:


	Does anyone in the construction/real estate world know regulations
regarding coop renovations during the various NYC Phases of
reopening?  The apartment next to ours was recently sold and we were
told that they are planning some renovations.  We want to know what
is permitted right now to be prepared in case they start work that should
not be done during Phase 1 or other NYC Phases of reopening.
