[Fredslist] Help with a medical insurance issue

I remember that Gotham has a small group of people who help with medical insurance issues and I have one that is making me crazy.

 

My daughter had an MRI in late 2018 and I have been calling our insurance carrier, Healthfirst, to get it covered (as it should be) over and over again. Every time I call they say it should be fine and I should have the MRI facility resubmit the claim and every time they deny coverage. I just got another denial today in the mail.

 

Please remind me who at Gotham can help me with this issue (the bill is over $1,300).
