[Fredslist] Need a notary in Philadelphia

Dear Gothamites,

 

My client's aunt needs is in a rehab facility in Philadelphia and needs to
sign a power of attorney form.  

 

Can someone put me in touch with a notary there, who may be willing to visit
her at her at the facility (8015 Lawndale Street) or coordinate a remote
notarization?
