I wanted to give a heartfelt thanks to Renee’ Richter of Centerpoint Funding Corp. Recently, a client of mine was having a lot of stress due to the lack of coverage on a raccoon damage insurance claim. Long story short, Renee’ put us together to figure out a way to cover what the insurance company was not paying for. Then the insurance adjuster showed up (who I knew for 20 years) and wound up covering nearly the whole thing! Great news all around, but it wouldn’t have gotten off the ground without Renee, one of the nicest people in Gotham!
