[Fredslist] Urgent HR help Needed with TSA

Gotham – I need some help.

The niece of a client is a Shabbat observant Jew.

She works for the TSA.  Today she was told that her accommodation that enables her to not work on Shabbat (tonight and tomorrow) has been denied.  They claim some urgent thing.

I am not an HR attorney, nor am I familiar with Federal Government requirements.
