[Fredslist] Gotham Holiday Party was a blast

For those that missed it, we had quite a fun time on the first ever Zoom Gotham Holiday Party.
I was completely surprised, honored and left speechless when I was nominated as one of the Networkers of the year.
I was also thrilled that my co-winner, Brad Sherer, also of the Queens Group, was nominated as a Networker of the Year. In a relatively short time, Brad has taken the bull by the horns and got involved in the true Gotham Spirit by joining several committees and making an impact now and for the future of Gotham. He is an awesome person and so proud he could share this award with me this year.
But the icing on the cake, the true trifecta, was when our very own Queens Member Lourdes Villanueva Hartrick won The Red Bandanna Award. She is so deserving of this very special and prestigious award. Lourdes is the epitome of the true spirit of giving. Her generosity outside of work carries on inside as a realtor that makes her a very special person. If you have not met Lourdes, you really must. I am so proud of our Group in Queens and how we were honored at the Holiday Party this year.
