As this tumultuous year comes to an end I’m reaching out to ask you to support an effort that will have a positive and impactful effect on the future of our children -- the Ezra Jack Keats (EJK) Award. The award, which is celebrating its 35th Anniversary<https://www.ezra-jack-keats.org/35th-anniversary-of-the-ezra-jack-keats-book-award/>, honors new writers and illustrators who create books that reflect the diverse nature of our world, the strength of family, and the universal experience of childhood.
