[Fredslist] Construction / Building inspector - Queens three family home

Looking for an engineer (or similar) to confirm that a small construction loan on a 3 family home in Elmhurst meets zoning and building requirements. In addition, they must be able to state if the work completed is in accordance with the plans and specifications that the contractors supplied to the borrower and the lender.
