[Fredslist] NEW IPHONE?

Hi - I am looking for some information re iphone. I have an iphone 6 plus, Verizon tells me I can have an upgrade to an iphone 11 for almost nothing. Sounds good. But I read somewhere not to get any apple products now because they are coming out with their new versions in September. Do you know anything or have any advice?
