At the end of June I posted a request for help with a long-standing medical insurance issue and received a number of helpful replies. In addition, Ben Geilzhals was kind enough to forward my request to Katalin Goencz (thank you, Ben!), who is a Medical Insurance and Reimbursement Specialist. Katalin offered to help me with filing a complaint to the Department of Financial Services and I hired her on the spot.

 

Well, it’s been about a month since she filed the complaint and I just found out yesterday that the issue has been resolved! So, kudos and a great big thank you to Katalin for a job well done!! And thanks again, Ben!
