[Fredslist] Fidelis Health Plan C-Suite Contact

I really need help getting a warm introduction to Fidelis Health Plan C-Suite contact in their Buffalo Corporate Office.
Very important.

My organization is working with EMS/911 in Hudson Valley. They are forced to cherry pick patients to give them immediate response because we are not par with Fidelis.
Since my organization is not a traditional brick n mortar practice is requires C-Suite discussion not the traditional application process that most medical doctors undergo.
We don't want to turn patients away because we are out of network for COVID.  We are looking to obtain fast track approval for COVID response as a short term solution and deal with the longer term
discussion later.

Can anyone help here?
