[Fredslist] Problems with JP Morgan Chase PPP website & process

I’m in the same boat as Raj. Contacted Chase Friday via their link; downloaded the PPP Application forms/details from SBA’s site. Hope when Chase finally replies I’ll be ready. But in the meantime…

Q for all Gotham members who are bankers: Are you taking PPP Apps already, including for corps that do not have a prior bz. relationship with you?

Thank you; Amparo

Hi Bill,

Thanks for this. I spent a half hour on hold and finally spoke to a supervisor there today. She had nothing to offer other than “They are working on it. They will contact you“.

For now, just make sure you have filled out and submitted the form on their Chase/Cares site and have your SBA PPP app form completed with the back up information including your payrolls.

Thanks,

Paul

PPP is $336 billion, and none of the banks are actually processing, they are just doing intake right now.

Gotham,

I see Mnuchin tweeting that the Payroll protection Program has approved more than $1billion in PPP loans.

Yet the Chase’s website (https://recovery.chase.com/cares/cares-form ) has a 1-page form that tells you that someone from Chase will contact you.

Has anyone succeeded in getting the PP process started with Chase?

Are any banks actually taking full PPP apps yet?
