[Fredslist] Need Simple Info I Can't Recall

Hi Networkers,
    In the past week or 10 days I've received 3 calls from the same guy requesting I join some organization, the name of which I'm not sure was mentioned.

    Each time I decline his offer & request that he take my name and number off his list.  He immediately becomes rude and argumentative, which of coursedoes not bode well for him.  
    I just received another of his calls where he again exhibited this horrendous behavior, which is harassment I neither need nor deserve.
    I'm writing because I can't recall the 3 digit number to request the phone co. to block my contact info from him and his organization.
