[Fredslist] Wedding venue with a mountainview

I am hoping someone has a suggestion or a connection.  My daughter and her fiancé are looking for a wedding venue, they really want something with a "mountain view".   Thus far they haven't located something that ticks most of the boxes, especially accommodations for all guests traveling from Long Island area and from Pittsburgh area (they would prefer accommodations on site, but at the least somewhere close-by), and has the "look" they have envisioned.   They have looked in the Catskill area and are looking in Vermont (although she is concerned about distance from Pittsburgh for her fiancé's family), but are flexible. Although they were determined to find something on their own it has not proven to be the most effective method (none of us have the necessary time) so I am hoping for some "Gotham magic"  to help relieve some of her stress.
