Congrats to Joshua Zinder, my co-Networker of the Year (2012) and co-chair of Gotham Green, on receiving the  “Office Building” REHABILITATION, RE ADAPTIVE USE ALTERATION, OR ADDITION AWARD at the Queens Chamber of Commerce Queens Building Awards last night for offices Josh Zinder and his firm JZA designed for my client, Amalgamated Transit Union Local 1056 in Hollis Hills, Queens.
