[Fredslist] LI Dinner Group Meeting October 15th - Special Guest and Presentation

Hi all -


The next meeting of the LI Dinner Group will be on Tuesday, October 15th at 6:30pm at Tesoro's Ristorante, 967 Old Country Road, Westbury, NY. Cost is $45 per person. Our meetings have been selling out so don't delay! Seating is limited to 25.

We will be having a special guest and presentation as well. Gotham's very own Jennifer Shapiro-Lee, LCSW-R, Psychotherapist, Certified Mindfulness and Meditation Instructor, and Certified Mindfulness and Meditation Workplace Trainer, will be speaking about the benefits of mindfulness and meditation in order to decrease stress. Jennifer will address the misconceptions around meditation and discuss how meditation can be incorporated into your personal and work life to increase well-being. The group will be led in a guided meditation exercise.

We are an open group to all guests and circuit riders. If you are not already a member of the group, please email me to let me know you will be attending and register and pay in advance using this link:
