Just a note to let you know that Gothamite and former Networker of the Year Esther Horowitz received the Woman of Distinction from the 14th Assembly District for her work in healthcare., Saturday October 12th in Merrick.

 Additionally, I point with Gotham pride to her company – United Concierge Medicine, which broke ground on a new concept in acute care response yesterday with CDPHP Health Plan, Rensselaer County Executive Office, EMS, and 9-1-1 dispatch to create an end-to- end  360 approach to ER Anywhere.  There was a lot of media play on it recently and below are some links referencing it. The NY State Medicaid Department and Department of Health is on board with the idea as well. Esther will be focusing on replicating this in the downstate NY Market and several counties up state.
