[Fredslist] Looking for referrals to CRM’s for Smaller Businesses

Hello Gotham,

We are looking for referrals for CRM’s to use in our firm which is a smaller vs. larger business.  Salesforce is of course king of the hill but maybe someone has experience with hubspot, zoho, or another?

Please let me know your thoughts based on first hand experience.  Both positives and negatives please.
