Dear Fellow Gothamites,
I have to share an amazing story. A few months ago I met a woman who is
taking care of her 99 year old Mother in law. She ran out of funds and
needed a reverse mortgage. Ironically, her Senior Health Agency is owned by
fellow Gothamite *Mordo, from Towers*, Score one for Gotham, The home
needed many repairs to pass FHA health and safety standards.  I called on ,
J*AN ARDEN, FAMILY HOME IMPROVEMENT,* also from Gotham Towers, .. Score 2 ,
JAN worked a miracle and got the house ready to go. Now I needed home
insurance, I  called *Doug Kniffin from Viking.  Score 3. *
My loan closed, and our respective client is extremely happy. That is the *home
run!*
