[Fredslist] Contact at Experian?

I have been unable to reach I live analyst at Experian to dispute an erroneous conclusion that’s cost me 20 points in their FICO rating of me and I want to go car shopping this weekend. Can anyone provide the name and number of a live contact there? I filed a dispute in mid October but it remains unattended. Any help is much appreciated.
