Hi.

I am seeking a host to co-sponsor a workshop on creating a culture of openness and trust among team members in organizations.

Growth Team member Lars J. Clemedson would lead the discussion based on the contents of his book The Power of Openness and Trust: How to Increases the Impact of Your Management Team.

Lars puts into a working perspective the importance of human interaction over simple cause-effect models for effective leadership in teams; and provides a model for building a culture of openness and trust … one achieved by giving justice to the complexity of human behavior, while making the complexity comprehensible to the average reader.

The workshop can be beneficial for internal team members or presented as added-value for one’s client base.

To discuss or for more information, please contact me at rickraymond at thefamilybusinessleader.com <mailto:rickraymond at thefamilybusinessleader.com>, or call me at 212-777-0083.

All best

Rick
