[Fredslist] contract review needed at reasonable price

Hi,
A new client just sent over professional service contract (waited over a
week for it) and now of course they are anxious to get started. I try to
review on my own but this is a big gig and I want to be sure I’m protected.
I probably won’t have much to negotiate but I don’t want any surprises
either.
Can’t spend a ton as I have already discounted but of course will pay for
your time.

Anyone in gotham available to review?
