[Fredslist] Lawyer in Miami, FL - car accident/insurance issues

Gotham,

My college-aged cousin was in car accident in Miami, FL.

The injuries are all soft tissue, but she needs representation.

Apparently the car that hit her was racing another car.

There was a lot of finger pointing at the accident scene and some witnesses who saw parts of the accident, but couldn't agree on key points.

The concern is that the real party at fault is trying to shape the narrative against her.
