Please join Gotham LI Women for our next meeting on Tuesday March 12, 2018 at 8:15AM at the Inn at Fox Hollow located at 7755 Jericho Turnpike in Woodbury. A full breakfast will be served.
Our very own Jennifer Shapiro-Lee, LCSW, Psychotherapist and Certified Mindfulness and Meditation Instructor will be speaking about the benefits of mindfulness and meditation in order to decrease stress. Jennifer will address the misconceptions around meditation and discuss how meditation can be incorporated into your life to increase personal well-being.  She will also lead us in a guided meditation exercise.

If you know of anyone who would benefit from Gotham's wonderful networking experience, please ask them to join us.  There are a number of niches available and we love to see new faces and create synergies among our members.  The cost to ride the circuit and for guests is $35.00.
