[Fredslist] interstate law question

hello Gotham:

I am a NYS resident and currently am redoing my will in the form of a trust.   Everything else is figured out but I own a small piece of semi wilderness property in the form of a rural co-op  in New Jersey.
Can that be brought into a NY trust?

I will trust the expertise of any Gotham attorney who knows the answer to this question.
