[Fredslist] Montana - Landlord Tenant and Asbestos Lawyer(s)

Gotham –

My niece’s good friend lived in Billings, Montana during the time she was getting a Masters Degree.

The home she rented with her husband and 2 kids was a complete mess, with asbestos insulation and tiles, a moldy bathroom, a pain in the neck landlord and incompetent contractors.

Also – her husband doesn’t quite seem to have known what he was doing when he looked at the insulation.

So now…she had a lawyer to sue the landlord, but he seems to want out of the litigation (not sure what is going on with him)

She has been advised that she needs to come down with Mesothelioma to sue.

She needs a good lawyer in Montana.

This is a Gotham test!  We can do it!
