[Fredslist] Needing an attorney in Brooklyn who knows buildings codes

Dear Gotham,

 

A friend needs an attorney to go to NYS Supreme Court in Brooklyn with her.
Here's my understanding of the problem:

 

She has a house in Brooklyn that NYC says is structurally unsound and must
be taken down.  Her architect and contractor say it can be fixed.  The judge
told her to come back with a lawyer.

 

Do any of us know about such things, or can someone recommend an attorney
who does?
