[Fredslist] Is someone knowledgeable about Workers' Comp classifications?

Dear Gotham,

 

A friend's Workers Comp classification as an employer was changed - in
error, she thinks.  

 

Is there any among us, or anyone you can recommend, who knows how to appeal
or correct Workers Comp's new classification?
