[Fredslist] Furniture evaluation

Hi, this is for a friend.
Do any of you know someone with expertise to evaluate photos of a sofa? It could be someone who works at a furniture store or who works in the industry.

I spent over $2K on a sleeper sofa and it’s clearly defective. The couch and sleeper foundations both have sagged, even when the sofa was brand new, and the sagging is only getting worse.

I have “purchase protection” but need an expert statement on professional letterhead to meet Mastercard’s policies.
