I am looking for a graphic designer to help us with the redesign of our website.  We are doing this in-house and only need the graphic element.  We do not need a website design firm to handle the whole project.

Ideally, the person would be a solopreneur looking for a gig assignment, maybe a young person just getting their business off the ground.
