[Fredslist] Need presenter on effective communication skills

I am looking for recommendations of people who can teach an interactive session on effective communication skills for a NYC-based not-for-profit.

I am deliberately phrasing this request broadly - the idea is helping people who want to get better at interpersonal communication, generally.
Not about conflict.
Not a specific topic, setting, objective, or mode of communication.
