Hi Folks,

Does anyone have a contact in the mayor's office. 

My organization provides a virtual ER service. It is generally a strategy
placed at the front of the plan design to best triage and direct patients
who have an immediate need to know what's wrong and what to do about it with
ER providers who can appropriately diagnose, treat, and direct
appropriately.

If a person doesn't think they have a 9-1-1 emergency, they call us for
everything else, but we have handled life threatening ERs when patients
didn't know they were having one and handled it effectively. 

 

The mayor announce healthcare for all in the City and we are able to provide
that service to best direct all comers regardless of their need or language.
Because we are so unique, there is no vendor/bid process for this.  I'm
hoping to have a dialogue with someone in the mayor's office who can best
direct me under the circumstances.  I've already tried the traditional way.
