[Fredslist] Amazing employee available early next year

Hi All,

Happy Holidays!!

I have an employee, Alan, that we replaced but not for anything he did
wrong.  Alan is amazing, he was with us for a year and we just changed the
role to something much different (and had to hire someone with THAT
specific *technical* skillset).  If I had room to keep Alan, we would, we
just don't have a role for him right now.  For the last year Alan hasn't
been late EVER, hasn't called out sick, has led our team to new growth and
so much more.  Everyone loves him.  I absolutely trust him 100% and would
hire him again if we had a spot for him.  Alan is even sticking around
4-weeks, to help train his replacement, that's how noble and how much of a
team player he is.

Right now he's our Service Coordinator, but I think he can do anything
related to either managing a group of people (coordination/scheduling,
etc).  Or he could definitely do anything Customer Satisfaction related.
Bottom line, he's someone you can absolutely rely on.  We have 6 core
values and Alan embodies every single one of them.  Replacing him was a
very difficult decision but had to be done for technical reasons.
