[Fredslist] Office space needed after 5pm near 61st/Lexington for January

Hi All,
We have temporarily outgrown our office at 61st/Lexington (booked for the
time being). We have two clients already signed up for January that
specifically want that location. The problem is that all the office suites
in the area like REGUS require you to be in by 5 pm. Our clients want the
6:30 time slot so it doesn't make sense to arrive so far in advance.
*Here is my request:*
1. Does anyone know of an office suite close to Bloomingdales that has
24-hour access or at least later hours?
2. Does anyone have an office in the area that we can borrow/rent for the
hour or two after 6 PM for corporate training? It would just be needed for
two people; my trainer and the individual.
3. Does anyone know an executive affiliated with Stark Offices (located at
110 E. 59th Street)? They look like the perfect answer but are reportedly
"filled with no space available."
