Congrats to Joshua Zinder and his firm JZA + D.

The Queens Chamber of Commerce will soon announce winners of its 2019 Building Awards.

Josh's entry for Amalgamated Transit Union (ATU) Local 1056 placed first in the category of Rehab, Office Building. The Chamber had a record number of entries.

ATU Local 1056, which represents drivers and mechanics who work for MTA New York City Transit's Queens Bus Division, is one of my long-time clients and I am proud of the work Josh and his firm did for the local.

If not for Gotham, I’d not have met Josh. (Indeed, if not for Gotham ATU might not have found this building to acquire and renovate.) A true Gotham success story!

I’ll be looking forward to congratulating Josh in person when Gotham’s "Traveling Willburys” make their annual visit to Gotham Princeton <https://www.gothamnetworking.com/m/groups/view/Princeton-NJ> next month. If you cannot join that foray, consider Gotham Green <https://www.gothamnetworking.com/m/groups/view/GOtham-GREEN> the following week (Josh and I serve as co-chairs with Fred Klein.)

Gotham recognized Josh and I as Networkers of the Year for 2012. You can find his info below:
