For over 90 years, the Queens Chamber of Commerce Building Awards tradition honors the architects, builders, engineers, lenders, interior designers and owners of buildings and building projects in Queens County. Our gala this year takes on even more significance as we are hosting the event at TWA’s Hotel at JFK, the Eero Saarinen’s landmark 1962 TWA Flight Center at JFK Airport on Thursday, October 3, 2019.


Tyler Morse, President & CEO of MCR Development, owner & developer of the TWA Hotel, will deliver the gala’s keynote speech, on the vision behind the TWA Hotel. New York City Department of Buildings Commissioner Melanie LaRocca will be the evening’s Guest of Honor, offering her own remarks.
