My wife, Kathleen Reynolds is looking for a role as a consulting or full-time CFO.

Kathleen is a financial-services professional with an MBA from Columbia and 15+ years of experience at Morgan Stanley and Goldman Sachs in corporate controllers and treasury.

Additionally, she's done part-time CFO consulting for a mid-sized commercial moving and logistics company, which included cleanup of an unsuccessful turnover to a new accounting system, development of business line financial reporting, profitability/cash flow analyses and procurement of $2mm in business financing.

She has extensive experience with management financials, financial forecasting/budgeting (sales and cash flow), accounting reconciliations and strategic planning. Her deep inter-departmental project management experience includes new controllers systems testing and implementation, the introduction of a company-wide economic capital allocation model and successful implementation of various regulatory compliance requirements.

Relationship management is one of her key strengths as well, honed from over 10 years of interactions with U.S. and U.K. banking and securities regulators and with rating agencies and other external constituents. Kathleen can confidently apply these skills to successfully manage the finance, planning and analysis functions as CFO.
