[Fredslist] Need an engineer or architect in East New York

Dear Gotham,

 

My client is selling her late husband's 2-family house in East New York
(1749 Linden Boulevard).  

 

The Buildings Department cited it for an illegal third apartment on the
lower level.  A plumber has now removed some of the illegal fixtures and
capped a gas line and plugged a sewage line, but it seems that we need an
architect or engineer to submit plans to the Buildings Department in order
to get permits to remove the rest of the illegal fixtures, register the
appliances that will stay.  And that we need an asbestos inspection.

 

Can anyone recommend an architect or engineer who does this?
